1. Who we are

DXR (also referred to as RPICKS) is a community site run by independent content creators. We are an affiliate of Stake.com and earn commissions when users sign up through our links or promo code (RPICKS). We are not a casino, sportsbook, or payment processor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by your local law) to use this site. By signing up you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are using the site of your own free will.

We do not knowingly allow minors to use the site. If you believe an account belongs to a minor, contact a moderator immediately.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your password, and anything posted from it. Don't share your account. Don't impersonate other people, streamers, or staff. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.

4. User content

Picks, comments, shoutouts, and other posts are submitted by users. You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant DXR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content on the site and related channels.

Don't post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, doxxing, spam, or anything you don't have the right to share. We reserve the right to remove any content for any reason.

5. Picks are not advice

Picks posted on DXR are user opinions, not financial or gambling advice. Past results never guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place. We are not liable for losses.

6. Giveaways and raffles

Giveaways and raffles run on the site are sponsored by the DXR community and its partners. Entry requirements, eligibility, and prize delivery are described on each giveaway page. Void where prohibited. Winners may be asked to verify identity before prizes are paid.

7. Stake affiliate disclosure

DXR earns referral commissions when users sign up to Stake.com with our code or links. This does not change the price or odds you receive. Rewards, rakeback, and reload offers shown on the site are sourced from Stake and may change at any time.

8. Prohibited use

No bots, scrapers, or automated abuse. No attempts to break, probe, or overload the site. No multi-accounting to enter giveaways. No buying, selling, or trading accounts.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate access at any time, including removing posts, picks, or giveaway entries that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DXR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
